MARIO DOMANTI Partner Mario joined Veritor as one of the founding partners. He brings a broad range of experience in
Human Resources, Service Delivery, Field Service Operations and Call Center
Management to the practice. Mario
served as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Xelus, an international
service-supply chain software company.
Prior to this he was on fast track, holding a number of positions at
the Eastman Kodak Company and, subsequently, the portion of that business
sold to Danka Office Products. As the
Manager of Human Resources for Field Operations, Mario was responsible for
7200 employees. He also held the
positions of Program Manager for Service Marketing, and Manager of Service
Strategy Development and Delivery.
While Manager of Call Center Operations, he was responsible for a $22
million dollar budget and 300 employees that processed 30,000 calls per day. Professionally, Mario has experience in all areas of Human Resources. He
has developed and implemented Compensation Plans, Comprehensive Benefit
Plans, and served as the Fiduciary and Plan Administrator of a multi
million-dollar 401K Plan. He has
personally had responsibilities in - and conducted management-training
programs in - the areas of Recruiting, Interviewing and Selection, Personnel
Record Keeping, Regulatory Compliance, Employee Communications, Personnel
Policies, Managing the Discipline and Discharge Process, Safety and OSHA
Regulations, and Labor Relations. Mario has a BS and MS in Industrial Technology Education from the City College of New York. He has permanent certification to teach in
New York State, with reciprocity in 28 other states. He is actively engaged in continuing education programs at Cornell
University. He presently serves on a
variety of employee benefit committees and business advisory groups. Ric Hope |
