LARRY HERB Managing Partner Larry joined Veritor as one of its founding partners, with
twenty-one years of experience in finance, accounting, and operations. Immediately prior to joining Veritor, Larry
served as CFO of Xelus, a service-supply chain software company. In this role, he not only managed the
financial operations of the company, but also successfully raised capital
from outside investors. He was
previously Director, Financial Systems/ Accounting Integration with Danka
Business Systems where he managed the transition of international financial
systems after the purchase of Kodak’s Office Imaging division. As the Vice President and CFO at Clark Boardman Callaghan,
a $100 million legal publisher, Larry was instrumental in the creation and
growth of the company from acquisitions the Thomson Corporation made over the
previous 10 years. Prior to this
position, he was the Vice President of Business Operations at Thomson
Professional Publishing. While the
President and owner of Paragon Systems, he led the development and
commercialization of a successful software product for the publishing
industry. Larry has held various
management positions within other organizations including Director of Profit
Planning at McGraw-Hill, Inc. and Corporate Controller at Scientific
American, Inc. |
